Hmm…well THAT’S a question I’ve been asking myself for the last 40 years or so…😊
My name is Liann, and I’m a certified life and well-being coach, and mindfulness practitioner.
I’m also a mum who loves chocolate, books (ex-librarian here📚) and hygge (all year round!)
I LOVE to travel and explore new places (Japan is my favourite country to visit so far, closely followed by Norway…)
And I love ALL the seasons.
I grew up in New Zealand and Australia and now live in Scotland with my husband and son. One of my favourite things about living in the UK is experiencing the seasons. I love how each season is distinct, with its own sights, sounds and feeling.
As I’ve grown older I’ve noticed how the days, months and years have started to speed up – how sometimes it feels as though they all blend together. And how they become filled with a seemingly never-ending list of things to do.
I’ve realised just how important it is to use time well – to be intentional. I’ve learnt that it’s little moments that matter.
I’ve discovered how important it is to focus on and celebrate the simple moments.
Because all those lovely moments add up to create a lovely year.
